The best car rental experience I have ever had. Seamless pickup and drop-off and the absolute greatest customer service. Patrick had the best recommendations and was so accommodating. I banged up the side view mirror and was worried sick; patrick replied “hey it’s all aloha. don’t worry and enjoy your trip”. It was more than a business interaction; it was about human connection and customer service. Would not recommend anyone else on Maui for car rental!
